KITTSON, P.E. <br />• Bypass pipe is under construction, existing diversion ditch is still in place and in use. <br />• 24" O.D. SDR 17 HDPE Pipe has been fused and entire length (280-feet approximately) <br />has been placed in excavated trench along the edge of the waste rock pile as proposed <br />on the design drawings. <br />• 2" tap for air release and 24" tee for additional air release observed at upper entry to <br />pipe in accordance with design. <br />• Bedding and backfill has been placed from approximately station 0+25 to 1 +00. <br />• Concrete pipe anchors have been installed on upper section per design plans. <br />• Riprap is stockpiled on site for overflow channel construction. <br />• Construction is temporarily delayed while Contractor obtains additional limestone to <br />amend bedding and backfill.
