There are three monitoring wells drilled on Federal Surface, Federal Coal that could <br />not be located to plug and abandon. The bond for these three monitoring wells needs to be <br />withheld: 05-01-0002, 05-01-0003, and 05-01-004. These wells are located in T.5 N.
