Reclamation on <br />this main area is complete as noted in your 4-June-2009 inspec- <br />tion report. The remaining 1.86 acres ±, west of the railroad <br />tracks still need seeding and will become the permit area until <br />revegetation is successful on that area. A revised bond estimate <br />will be submitted under separate cover for the area remaining in <br />the permit. <br />Attached are the items required by Rule 4.17.1, the affida- <br />vit stating reclamation is complete and the landowners contact <br />information.
