sbuction Materials Operation Reclamation Amendment Permit with the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Cdlo-
rado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials.
The proposed mine is known as, the MULLEtTS EXCAVATING PIT 11,
and Is located at or near Sections 19, Township 29 South, Range 81
West, and 8th Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement (this Is an operating mine) there-
fore the date is presently May of 2009 this Is an amendment application,
and the proposed date of completion Is summer 2026. The proposed tw
lure use of the land Is rangeland.

Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing
and must be received by the DIVISION of RECLAMATION, MINING
AND SAFETY by 4:00 P.M. on (FINAL DATE FOR COMMENTS). JULY
