<br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety hereby issues notice, ? accordance with Title 34, Article 33, Section 11 ?,
<br />Paragraph 4, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, that on June 12, Zaa9, an application to revise coal mining operations at the
<br />boast Mine was considered complete for the purposes of filing The revision was submitted by Seneca Coal Company, ??.C.
<br />All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing.
<br />This revision application would allow far termination of the wildlife monitoring program at theYoast Mine, based on the fact
<br />that active mining operations have ceased and future activity will be limited to maintenance and reclamation projects,
<br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately ?miles Southwest of Hayden, Caloraly. The permit area is
