The re?rision vas <br />submitted by Seneca Coal Campan?> LLC. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the <br />Regulations initiate from this date of filing . <br />This revision application v?ould allover for termination of the ?vildlife monitoring program at the Yoast Mine, based <br />on the fact that active mining operations have ceased and future activity ?ri11 be limited to maintenance and <br />reclamation projects. <br />The surface coal minim operation is an Land located approximately 7 miles South rest of Haden, Colorado.
