In satisfying the order we are to propose a short term and a long term
plan to provide relief to the disturbance of the prevailing hydrologic balance. My question to you is how do we quantify
this? How do we know when we have pumped enough to return to the "prevailing hydrologic balance"
Once we have an answer to this, we will be able to produce both a short term and long term solution.
Thanks for your help.
Daniel W. I'm not talking to anyone down there unless I'm told to. I do not how to go forward from this point. There are
deadlines, tho. Also, if the other Board Order comes thru re. inert fill, I need to see it soon. It should be due in 60-days
also. I'm simply going to send them the same thing I have given Adams County and CDPHE. This is so we only have to
pay one fee for an amendment. Please
advise if that is not the case and I will get a copy to you. I believe this places the 15-day deadline for the short-
term dewatering plan at June 11, 2009.
2
