Pay the agreed amounts for the interest in the land and/or for the mortgage to be insured. <br />(2.) Pay us the premiums, fees and charges for the policy. <br />(3.) The following documents satisfactory to us must be signed, delivered and recorded. <br />(4.) A Certificate of Taxes Due listing each taxing jurisdiction shall be obtained from the County Treasurer or <br />the County Treasurer's authorized agent. <br />TO BE DETERMINED.
