Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
under provisions of the Colorado Land

located at or near Section 9; Township 9, ,
Range 79West, of the 6th Prime Mendi-
an.
The- proposed date of congmencement is
May 21, 2009 and the proposed date of
completion is to be determined. The pro-
