f. Detailed plans showing the location and construction of any drainage devices. <br />g. Amount and location of matter to be deposited in other areas, including details of any excavation or fill. <br />h. Nature and location of existing vegetation and a detailed description of the effect of proposed activity on vegetation. <br />9. Additional information may be requested by either the Water Utilities Manager or the Board of Trustees. It may include <br />the following or any other relevant information. <br />a. Map showing drainage and estimated runoff before, during, and after proposed activity. <br />b. Re vegetation and reclamation plans and specifications. <br />C. Soil analyses and engineering reports, including the nature, distribution, and strength of existing soils and <br />recommendations for earth moving procedures and other design criteria. <br />d. Geological analysis of the site and adjacent areas for impact of proposed activity. <br />e. Operational and maintenance analysis of proposed activity. <br />f. Water use analysis, including legal right, source, quantity, quality, consumptive use, and impact on <br />groundwater and discharge characteristics. <br />OWNER AND APPLICANT READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING <br />This application is not complete until all required and requested information has been filed with the Town of Alma and all <br />permit fees are paid. This application will not be approved without requested information and fees. By signing this <br />application, the applicant acknowledges that he has had an opportunity to become familiar with Ordinance No. 1988-1, as <br />amended, establishing the Alma Watershed Protection District, and that the applicant recognizes that no official or employee of <br />the Town of Alma except the Alma Board of Trustees, sitting as such, has authority to waive any requirement set forth in the <br />ordinance. The water Utilities Manager may determine that the proposed activity will have minimal impact, expedite the <br />permit procedure, and reduce the requirements for information, but such determination is subject to consent of the entire Board <br />of Trustees. Any one of the Trustees may require full compliance with the ordinance. The permit may be issued with <br />conditions or stipulations.
