Subject: Albert Frei & Sons commitment to resolve water issues
To All Concerned;
I wanted to forward this e-mail I received from Albert Frei and Sons.
They have now made a commitment to resolve the water level issues. In a separate phone
conversation, Ben Frei also stated that LaFarge had made a funding commitment to Albert Frei
and Sons to insure this did not impact their transfer of ownership.
The Zigan Homeowners are very happy that Albert Frei and Sons are moving forward on this.
We respectfully request that your offices provide any assistance or influence you can to
expedite the permit process so that they can move forward.
Our water levels continue to rise and every day counts.
Once again I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone that has been involved in
this issue.

Steve,
We at Albert Frei and Sons have completed the SO at the state level and are now the permit operator. We also are fully
aware of the problem at hand that you have with the water mounding against the homes around your lake. I am happy to
announce that working through all the channels at the state and local levels we hope to have a solution in place to help
with the mounding of water by the end of the month this may take longer if we run into some problems at the state level on
discharge into the river, but if things go smooth we should be able to have the pumps in the water by the end of the
month. But we need to have all the proper permits in place before we turn the pumps on. Remember this only a short
term fix and the longer term solution will probability take place latter this winter putting the bigger pipe under ground and
the road we will have to get all this stuff engineered to make sure it will work but we are committed to helping solve this
problem once and for all. We thank you for your time and understanding about this issue and we will make this a win-win
situation for all parties involved.
