The mining <br />claims associated with this occupancy are located in T.46N., R.17W., sections 28 and <br />29; the claims are listed on Exhibit A. The structures found on this project area (two <br />metal buildings and an open shed) are reasonably incident to mining. We concur with <br />your occupancy as long as you continue to comply with 43 CFR 3715.2, 43 CFR <br />3715.2-1 and 43 CFR 3715.5. <br />In addition, this site is authorized under 3809 Plan of Operations COC-53178. The <br />Plan of Operations covers both Umetco's and International Uranium Corporation's <br />project areas as permitted by Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology Permit M-77- <br />287.
