Required for all drainage areas greater than 1 area. <br />Purposes <br />To detain sediment-laden runoff from distributed areas to allow the majority of the sediment to <br />settle out. <br />Umfting Geometry: <br />L/W greater than 2.0 <br />100-Year or Larger Emergency Spillway <br />Required volume to crest of emergency <br />spillway = 1800 cubic feet per acre of <br />drainage area.
