14.0 Construction Schedule
The Van 4 Mine is an existing facility with new improvements consisting mainly of
modifications of existing stormwater control facilitates. Since there are no designated
chemicals, acid- or toxic-forming material, or acid mine drainage at the Van 4 Mine,
then no EPFs will be constructed in the future.
