Under that agreement, we, as <br />private adjacent landowners, were expressly given a right of access to our lands <br />across the parking lot and across any portion of the Trail that might be on quarry <br />lands. And although the portion of the Trail on quarry lands is small compared <br />with what is on our lands, this agreement should clarify the legal status of the <br />parking lot and any portion of the Trail on quarry lands.
