No. 5 in Case <br />No. W-789-76. <br />AppproRriation Date: July 29, 1957. <br />Use: Domestic, municipal, irrigation, industrial, generation <br />of electrical energy, stock watering and piscatorial. <br />(2) Case No. 81CW34: <br />Decree Date: April 8, 1985. <br />Court: District Court, Water Div. No. 5. <br />Amount: 101,280 acre feet (refill). <br />Appropriation Date: Jan. 22, 1981. <br />Use: Irrigation, domestic, municipal, generation of <br />electrical energy, stock watering, industrial, piscatorial, recreation <br />and maintenance of sufficient storage reserves to fulfill contractual <br />obligations and provide stored water for recreation in times of <br />drought. <br />D. Ruedi Reservoir is operated by the Bureau. <br />13. Statement of Plan for Augmentation: <br />Applicant seeks approval of this augmentation plan to augment out-of-priority <br />depletions resulting from beneficial use of the Augmented Water Rights. The <br />augmentation plan will be implemented in phases. Phase I will replace out-of-priority <br />depletions at current buildout of the project, Applicant has entered into a water service <br />contract with the River District for the augmentation requirements for Phase 1. <br />Applicant will enter into one or more water service contracts with the River District, <br />West Divide, and/or the Bureau for augmentation of out-of-priority depletions for Phase <br />li at full buildout or as buildout occurs over time, pursuant to the terms and conditions <br />hereof'. Applicant shall provide the Division Engineer for Water Division No. 5 <br />evidence ol'the additional augmentation contract water. <br />Total annual depletions for Phase 1 ol'the Project are projected at approximately <br />101.8 acre feet. Total annual depletions for Phase 11 (full buildout) are projected at <br />approximately 207.14 acre feet. Depictions result from any and all beneficial uses <br />associated with the Augmented Water Rights as described above, including, without <br />limitation, evaporation from an exposed net area of 32.9 surface acres of groundwater <br />for Phase I development of the Gravel Pit Well, and evaporation from exposure of an <br />additional 38 surface acres of groundwater upon completion of the Gravel Pit Well.
