In addition, MCC is satisfied with the MT-6 reclamation cost estimate.
Because of the somewhat complex nature of MCC's reclamation cost estimates and incremental bond
liability per PR-14, MCC requests that additional information be added to its future revisions' decision
forms (i.e. actual liability and remaining incremental future liability per PR-14), so that it is more clear
to any party that may be looking at the decision form that MCC does in fact hold sufficient bond to
cover the actual reclamation liability at that time. By only including the revised liability and bond held
on the decision form, and without further information, the form currently gives the impression that
MCC does not hold enough bond to cover the total liability. Perhaps this decision form addition will
aid to avoid this potential concern.
Please feel free to contact me should you have further comments or questions regarding this submittal.
Sincerel ,
Kathleen G.
