EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Plan Map
The reclamation map shows the following items:
a) The anticipated physical appearance of the area, correlated to the proposed mining
areas and reclamation timetables. It also includes contour lines that portray the
direction and rate of slope of all reclaimed lands.
b) The map also indicates the final land use after reclamation.
EXHIBIT G - Water Information
1) The operation is not expected to affect existing surface or groundwater systems. This
project will not have any water requirements for its operation. The only surface water
would be drainage that occurs at the site because of a heavy rainfall. All storm water
runoff will be maintained in the pit area. Because of the arid nature of eastern
Colorado, the site will generally not be impacted with water. The water table in the
Ogallala aquifer beneath this area is substantially below the surface.
2) A storm water permit will not be required. Storm water will be contained in the pit
area.
