EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan
The pit will be returned to cropland by the owner when completed. The site will be used for
cropland. Each of the areas will be re-seeded after mining has been completed in that area.
a) The stockpiled topsoil will be spread evenly over the prepared area.
b) Slopes no greater than 3:1 will be left in the completed pit.
c) Any internal haul roads will be reclaimed as the pit it closed. The entrances into the
pit will be left in place at the request of the landowner.
d) The intermittent channel will be maintained when the pit is reclaimed, providing
uninterrupted drainage through the property.
