I want to remind you that this pipeline was approved as part of
Amendment AM-3, and is to be installed according to the approved specifications contained therein. Also, since it is
part of the environmental protection facilities at this permit, its construction/installation must be certified by a
Colorado-licensed PE. Therefore, before you begin, you must have a PE who will certify this structure. Please refer to
Hard Rock Rules 7.3.1 and 7.3.2.
Please inform me of the planned construction/installation schedule, so that DRMS staff may be present to observe
portions of the project. Please do not proceed with bedding or covering the pipeline, or pouring the concrete inlet and
outlet structures until DRMS staff has inspected them.
Bob
From: Kye Abraham [mailto:kabraham@lkaintl.com]
Sent: Friday, May 29, 2009 5:11 PM JUN 0 5 2009
To: Scott Klarich; David_Lazorchak@blm.gov; Oswald, Robert
Subject: Fwd: Golden Wonder Water Diversion/Treatment Project Division of rec,ms+tim,
Miring and Safety
F.Y.I.
As of today, the diversion ditch has been completed, the HDPE pipe has been fused and placed.
