• <br />SITE RECLAMATION ACTIVITY <br />APRIL 2008 TO MARCH 2009 <br />• <br />• <br />Reclamation activity during the 2008 reporting year (April 2008 to <br />March 2009) consisted of reclamation maintenance work. <br />In the following sections of this report, environmental activity <br />during the 2008 reporting year and planned environmental activity <br />for the 2009 reporting year is discussed on a site by site basis. A <br />summary of acreage permitted, disturbed, and undergoing reclamation <br />is presented in Table A (page 2). <br />AMERICAN TUNNEL PORTAL AREA - Plate No. 1 (no change - map not <br />included) <br />During the 2008 reporting year, no additional acreage was disturbed <br />or reclaimed. With completion of work in 2006, all of the <br />reclamation work in the reclamation plan had been completed. The <br />two buildings and surrounding area that will remain after <br />reclamation were occupied by tenants under an agreement with the <br />current owner of the land and buildings. <br />Reclamation and environmental activity during 2008 consisted of; <br />1) monitoring and maintenance of the reclaimed areas. <br />Site Reclamation Activity planned for 2009 are; <br />1) monitoring and maintenance of vegetated areas. <br />TERRY TUNNEL AREA - Plate No. 2 (no change - map not included) <br />During the 2008 reporting year, <br />disturbed. <br />no additional acreage was <br />Activity at this site consisted of; <br />1) weed control and monitoring and maintenance of the reclaimed <br />site to establish vegetative cover. <br />Activities planned for 2009 are; <br />1) monitoring and maintenance of the reclaimed site. <br />
