Permit number 2007-012. We are sending you notice <br />of complaint that you have violated our letter of agreement from January 25,-2008. Item num r 4. <br />inin117? g shall start on the south side of the Canal. Item number 7. Mining shall not start on the north side <br />of the Canal unless and until both parties hereto have agreed to the distance from the top of the bank of <br />the canal to the mining limit <br />Since no geotechnical slope stability study has been done or provided to the High Line Canal Co, and <br />we have no agreement. You have proceeded with mining on the North side of the canal. You have left <br />us with no choice! We hereby revoke your permission to access our right of way.
