Minor Revision No. 29
Response to Adequacy Review
Page 2
c. SCC understands that the Division cannot provide final approval or bond release for all the proposed
permanent features until all documentation is received. The compilation of all the documentation
does not happen overnight, therefore SCC has provided the Division with a list of the proposed
permanent features and will continue to update Attachment 20-1 as pertinent documents and other
agency approvals are received. SCC has taken this approach to minimize the continual revising of the
postmining topography map and the reclamation schedules.
SCC is providing a cover sheet (within the attachment) listing the status of permanent features and
structures by landowner and the status of permanent pond demonstrations. SCC realizes that bond
will not be released until all permanent structures are approved. SCC will continue to update this
section (Attachment 20-1), as needed, prior to the applicable bond release application.
If there are any comments or questions, please contact me at (970)276-5217 or (970) 846-3648.
Sincerel ,
Roy A.
