We constructed 3:1 slopes on the eastern perimeter of
the Hill-Oakley phase and also the eastern side of the Fort Lupton phase in 2008 and early 2009.
The Golden phase has been completely reclaimed.- including sloping, topsoiling, and initial seeding.
The Golden phase was approved for release by the DRMS on May 21, 2009. This acreage release
reduced the bond and the total acreage to 256 acres.
The office, scale, and mine entrance were moved this past year as permitted and due to mining
progression. They are all located together now on Weld County Road 18, west of where the original
entrance location was on the Hill-Oakley phase.
Please show the location of the acreage for items with a * on your map. Indicate the phases of the reclamation which have
been completed, correlated with your timetable. Phased operations: show dates extraction ceased & dates reclamation began.
NOTE: If there have not been any changes since the last annual report and you previously submitted a map which correctly
depicts the curr a ea a in items 4 through 10, then a map is unnecessary.
