JUNE 8. 2009 AND JUNE 15. 2009. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />MULLETT EXCAVATING, LLC 320 CR 241, Westcliffe, CO., 81252, phone (719) 783-2056, has filed an <br />application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Amendment Permit with the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the <br />Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the MULLETTS EXCAVATING PIT <br />#1, and is located at or near Sections 19, Township 29 South, Range 61 West, and 6th Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement (this is an operating mine) therefore the date is presently May of 2009 <br />this is an amendment application, and the proposed date of completion is summer 2025. The proposed <br />future use of the land is rangeland. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of RECLAMATION, <br />MINING AND SAFETY, 1313 Sherman St., Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the <br />Las Animas County Clerk and Recorder's office; County Court House, Trinidad, CO. 81082, or the above- <br />named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the above-named County Clerk and <br />Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the DIVISION <br />of RECLAMATION, MINING AND SAFETY by 4:00 p.m. on (FINAL DATE FOR COMMENTS) JULY 6, <br />2009. <br />Please note that under the provision of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et seq. Comments related to noise, truck traffic, <br />hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and other social economic concems are issues <br />not subject to this Office's jurisdiction.
