Our consultant, ESCO
Associates, Inc., has been monitoring this reclamation and is preparing reports for submittal to
you. The gravel pit area has been fenced and closed for several years for this reclamation. As I
understand, this area has been released by your department.
The clay pit on the north side of Coal Creek is still having clean fill placed to return it to its
original contours. We are about 40 percent of the clay pit filled and have many years to go to
fill this area and re-establish the vegetation.
Please send all notices and information items to me at the address listed above.
Our yearly payment is enclosed, check no. 000821688
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Tenn D.
