• PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES EXHIBIT S <br />The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the disturbed area. All <br />of these structures are shown on Maps C-1, C-2, C-3, and F. The landowner boundaries are <br />shown on Map C-1. <br />1. A residence trailer and house on the Applehanz property, west of the south west corner <br />2. House on the Applehanz property to the north <br />3. Sky Ute Sand & Gravel signs south of the south east and south west corners <br />4. LaSalle Road along the south side of the site, owned by Montrose County <br />5. 6175 Road along the west side of the site, owned by Montrose County <br />6. Several fences throughout the property <br />7. Fences on neighboring properties, including the Sky Ute Sand and Gravel pit to the south, <br />and the Applehanz properties both to the north and to the west. <br />8. DMEA transmission line passing through the northeast corner of the property <br />• 9. Culverts passing underneath LaSalle Road and 6175 Road at their intersection and culverts <br />below 6175 Road and a private drive at that intersection to the northwest of the permit area. <br />Also a culvert passing below 6175 Road at the mid point of the property. <br />10. Power lines running along 6175 and LaSalle Road. <br />11. Several structures within the permit area.
