The
revision was called complete on June 1, 2009. The decision due date is June 11, 2009.
In Minor Revision No. 106, Bowie Resources LLC is proposing to modify and add to the current gob vent
borehole program. Four new drill holes, one drill pad relocation and extension of the associated road and
changes in nomenclature are being proposed. The changes and additions are needed due to methane
buildup in the mine.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
tseph J.
