Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On May 22, 2009 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted to the <br />Division on December 8, 2008, addressing the following: <br />Conversion from 110(2) to 112d(1) <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1978-222-UG. <br />All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1978-222-UG remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $46,450.00 exceeds the $3,105.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $43,345.00.
