• Any fuel in the drip pans, on the plastic tarp, or in the spill container on the fill pipe is <br />poured into the tank (if it has the capacity) or disposed of appropriately. <br />• The tank truck is inspected before the blocks are removed to ensure the lines have been <br />disconnected from the tank. <br />• The blocks are removed from truck wheels. <br />A copy of the fuel-unloading checklist is included in Appendix E, Table 9. <br />5.7 Brittle Fracture Evaluation [40 CFR II2.7(i)] <br />There are no field-constructed aboveground tanks at these facilities. <br />5.8 More Stringent State Requirements [40 CFR II2.7(j)J <br />The state of Colorado has established Oil Pollution Prevention - SPCC Plan requirements in 7 <br />CCR 1101-14, Article 3 Aboveground Storage Tanks. The requirements in this regulation are <br />not more stringent than the federal requirements of 40 CFR 112, except for the following: <br />Section 3-6-1 requires that SPCC Plans must be developed and implemented for facilities that <br />contain either: <br />• An aggregate aboveground oil storage capacity greater than 1,320 gallons; or <br />• Any single aboveground oil storage tank whose capacity exceeds 660 gallons. <br />Section 3-6-5(b) requires that owners/operators of facilities with an SPCC Plan complete a <br />review and evaluation of the Plan at least once every three years. <br /> <br />• <br /> <br /> <br />Denison Mines (USA) Corp. <br />Sunday Mines <br />25 <br />SPCC Plan <br />December 2007
