National Response Center <br />1-800-424-8802 (24-hour) <br />4.5 Disposal of Recovered Materials <br />The disposal of waste oil and oily material recovered from spill cleanup operations will in every <br />case be disposed of in a manner approved by the CDPHE, and in compliance with applicable <br />EPA regulations. Permits required for disposal vary on a case-by-case basis depending on type, <br />volume, and condition of the material to be disposed.
