Whether the action threatens a violation of Federal, State, or local law or other <br />requirements imposed for the protection of the environment. <br />This action complies with all known federal, state, and local laws and requirements <br />imposed for the protection of the environment. <br />3.0 Findings Required by Other Laws and Regulations <br />I have reviewed the proposed action for conformance with the 1985 San Juan/San Miguel <br />Resource Area Plan (Plan). I have determined that the plan conformance explanation <br />under section 6.0 in the EA is accurate and therefore the proposed action is in <br />conformance with the Plan.
