Haulage activities will be primarily conducted during- week days <br />(M-F) and during times when road conditions, will minimize the potential for damage to <br />the road. If acceptable to the San Miguel Counts, Road Department WC win utilize <br />company owned or controlled equipment to help maintain the road surface along the haul <br />route.
