The following information will be documented in the inspection record for use of this exclusion: i) Dates when snow cover occurred, ii) Date when earth-disturbing activities ceased, and iii) Date melting conditions began. b) Inspection Requirements (§I.D.6.b) _/) Inspection Scope The following items will be examined for evidence of, or the potential for, pollutants leaving the mining site boundaries, entering the stormwater drainage system, or discharging to state waters during the inspection and reported on the inspection reports (§I.D.6.b)l): • Mine site perimeter, • All disturbed areas, • Material and/or waste storage areas that are exposed to precipitation, • Discharge locations, and • Locations where vehicles access the site. • All erosion and sediment control practices identified in the SWMP will be evaluated to ensure that they are maintained and operating correctly. 2? Inspection reports must identify any incidents of non-compliance with the terms and conditions of general permit.
