Enclosed with this letter report on site activities <br />during the year ending May 30, 2009 are a 1) a signed DRMS "ANNUAL FEE and <br />REPORT REQUEST" form, and 2) a check for $791.00 for the annual fee due on or before <br />May 30, 2008. Based on the absence of site activity to date, no map is attached. <br />The Operator reports that during the report year, no mining or reclamation activities <br />occurred at the site. The site remains unaffected by mining activities since permitting for <br />such activities, and remains under cultivation. Last year reported cultivation was with corn <br />or the some of the fields were to be left fallow. Cultivation for this year is planned as both <br />corn and wheat. Cultivation is variable through agreements with a local farmer.
