the River. <br />(2)Sump 1 has been excavated as well as a fire suppression pond. Sump 2-4 have not <br />been excavated yet but all stormwater is captured on site by the isolation berms on the <br />northern portion of the property. The old wash ponds on the western portion of the site <br />have been backfilled and are no longer used. There was a small mining area in the <br />western portion of the site which has been mined out and the slopes have been <br />topsoiled and seeded. This area is used for mobile equipment storage. The parking lots <br />around the office and shop have been paved as well as the fueling area to the south of <br />the office. <br />(3) For the upcoming year, the final transition from a mine site to an industrial site will <br />take place with the paving of some internal roads and landscaping. B&B committed to <br />the creation of a bike/recreation path which would wind around the perimeter of the site <br />disturbed area, as shown on the Annual Report Map.
