I anticipate that each piezometer and inclinometer that is within the footprint of ERPE <br />(projected at this point to include all of them but the southern-most site) will be monitored until such <br />time as the height of the ERPE fill reaches each location. Because the site preparation for the refuse <br />pile will involve the removal of topsoil and soil cover materials, and some locations, excavation for <br />underdrains, the piezometers/inclinometers will likely be destroyed when that preparation work <br />occurs.
