Federal lease serial numbers: <br />A federal oil and gas lease (COC 62055) with oil shale stipulations overlies the 160-acre tract. <br />• This lease is held by Williams Production RMT Company. <br />Also, gas pipeline Rights of Way (ROW) C23293 and C24022 cross the tract. A proposed 12- <br />inch petroleum liquids pipeline has been staked for crossing the tract. Lastly, Shell Oil has <br />drilled and completed an exploration well (ROW COC 68425, Well # 24-21-298-L3) on the tract <br />that is completed as a ground water monitoring well. <br />None of the above is judged to pose any insurmountable obstacles to AMSO's proposed testing <br />plan, but AMSO urges BLM to curtail development of other surface facilities on the AMSO 160- <br />acre RD&D lease. <br />AMSO has assumed responsibilities for the Shell Oil water monitoring well on the Tract. <br />Names and addresses of surface and mineral owners of record, if other than the United States: <br />The entire 160-acre tract is owned by the United States and administered by the Bureau of Land <br />Management (BLM).
