MODIFICATION 03-2009 <br />Exhibit C - AMSO, LLC Notice of Intent Supplemental Information <br />TM-1 through TM-4 (See Figure C.5-Amend 03-2009 in this section) <br />(All TM wells will be drilled following the same methods) <br />Tomography and Illite Zone Hydrology Test Hole <br />• Drill a nominal 19" diameter hole a inininuim 40 feet with at least 5 feet into <br />competent bedrock. Historically, surface casing holes have been 40 to 60 feet <br />deep. <br />+ Run 16", 75##, J55 Surface Casing. <br />+ Cement with "Neat Cement" to surface. <br />• Rig up diver ter and wait on cement a minimum of 4 hours. <br />+ Drill out through the surface casing with 14 3!4" diameter PDC. Advance the drill <br />hole to ±1940 feet. <br />• Run 10 3I4", 40.5#, J-55 casing with a guide/float shoe to 1932 feet (top of <br />Illite). <br />+ Mix and pump a Type I or II Portland Cement with 2% bentonite via treinie in <br />multiple lifts. <br />• Wait on cement 12 hours. <br />• Trip into the hole with a nonunal 9 7I8" bit and drill front 1932' to -2300' (TD). <br />• Circulate the hole clean and trip out of the hole. <br />+ Perform hydrologic testing on the Illite test zone. <br />• Move to TM-2, drill and complete identical to TM-1. Repeat with TM-3 through <br />TM-6. <br />• 4 1 2" DHC 250 Fiberglass epoxy integral joint casing to be run and cemented <br />prior to the startup of the test retort. <br />C7 <br />8
