That's cool. Edward Nichols is the actual State Historic Preservation Officer, so it's signature (or someone who signs for
him) that we usually want on any clearance letter we request. Shina is the person who conducts the actual research and
review. I think it's usually her that prepares the letters for Edward Nichols' signature.

Just FYI - Our contact at the Colorado Historical Society is Shina Duvall. I'll be working with her on this application. I
called her this a.m., and left her a message asking her to call me so that we can discuss what it is we'll need.
I'm conducting the adequacy review for MR-354 at the moment. I have a meeting with OSM this afternoon, so it will
probably be Wednesday before I wrap up our review.
