Included in the report is a four <br />page table showing the status of the structural demolition and removal work performed <br />by the operator. Digital images are also included. <br />Also attached to this memo is a letter from Jim Stover, dated September 5, 2007, <br />requesting bond release for 1500 feet of track from the west end of the spur line. The <br />track ballast was removed from the track area but is being stored at another location at the <br />loadout. <br />I am requesting that you review the attached material in addition to the SL-3 information <br />you received previously and calculate what amount of bond money can be released to <br />Bowie Resources LLC. <br />If you need any additional information, please let me know. I will be on vacation until <br />October 15. If I could get your response back by the end of October, that would be most <br />helpful.
