Significant variations of mining and/or blasting requirements may •
dictate modifications of the above schedule. If the proposed changes
are necessary over a significant period of time, a new schedule shall be
published and distributed by mail. Similarly, initiation of blasting in
areas not covered by this schedule shall require a new schedule. If,
however, proposed changes to the schedule are temporary, government
bodies and individuals to whom the original schedule was sent shall be
notified by the most appropriate means in accordance with the
requirements of the regulation.
