Specific Area -The center of Blasting Area No. 3 is located in: <br />Colorado <br />Routt County <br />Latitude <br />Longitude <br />Township <br />Range <br />Section <br />Meridian 6th <br />The blasting area will encompass two (2) small collocated areas <br />approximately feet easterly and westerly and feet northerly <br />and southerly from the above defined center. <br />1.D. Specific Area - The center of Blasting Area No. 4 is located in: <br />Colorado Township • <br />Routt County Range <br />Latitude Section <br />Longitude Meridian 6th <br />The blasting area will encompass an irregularly shaped area <br />approximately feet easterly and westerly and feet Rortherly <br />and southerly from the above defined center. <br />2. Dates and Times <br />Commencing on the day of blasting in the specific areas shall <br />be accomplished between sunrise and sunset, Monday through Saturday of <br />the week. Operational considerations such as equipment breakdowns, <br />temporary changes in delivery schedules, local strikes, etc. may dictate <br />that blasting not be accomplished on some days. <br />3. Control of Access <br />The general mining area is identified by appropriate signs on all access • <br />roads designating it as a mining area and restricting entry to <br />12-466 Revised 8/27/86 <br />
