Access roads will be ir~Gnor-r~i on a daily work <br />basis at the Seneca II Mire. If, upon inspection, it is <br />determined that repairs are needed, appropriate repairs such <br />as, lxrt not limited to, bladirxl, filling of potholes, <br />replacement of the road surfaces, revegetation of side slopes <br />and waterirg for dust control, will be corrltrcted as reoessary. <br />4.03.2(7) Restoration. Unless Peabody requests retention of access <br />roa ds for mstm;n;r~ land use and the Division approves such <br />req uest, ;~;ately after the road is no longer needed for <br />operations, reclamation, or monitoring: <br />a. The road will be closed to vehicular traffic; <br />b. The natural~lrainage patterns will be restored; <br />c. All bridges aryl culverts will be removed; • <br />d. Roadbeds will be ripped, placed and scarified; <br />e. Fill slopes will be rounded or reduced aryl shaped to <br /> COT1f0LID the site tO ddjacent tors in BI7d tO meet <br /> natural-drainage restoration crar,Aarr9a; <br />f. Cart slopes will be shaped to blend with the natural <br /> oorrtau~s; <br />g. Terraces will be constructed as necessary to prevent <br /> exoPSSive erosion and to provide long-term stability in <br /> cut-aryl-fill slopes; <br />h. The regraded area will be covered with topsoil in <br /> accordance with the approved reclamation plan; <br />i.
