I'q-19 3 -0e' 7
Bird, David i
From: Sandy MonWa [msmontoya@peoplepc.com]
Sent: Monday, May 1_4,2 09 1:05 PM
To: Bird, David
Subject: Zigan Homeowners Association
As a home owner in the Zigan Homeowners Association, I would like to respectfully submit a formal
complaint in regards to excessively high water tables. &--
My home is at 10800 E. 126th Ave, which is located approximatly 600' east of Brighton road. The soil
samples have proven to show the water table extremely high and have caused water moisture and a
extreme damp smell in by walkout basement, therefore I have a tremendous concern that my foundation
will suffer damage caused by the water and will weaken the structure of my house.
The water levels were tested over the last 4 years and have risen currenlty to a historical high. We can not
withstand any more rise in the water levels without causing tremendous damages to our homes and causing
us to eventually abandon them, the mold caused by the water damage could also threaten the health of our
families.
The water levels are of quite a concern to all of the home owners in the Zigan Homeowners Association
and we would like to get a response to our concerns as we are occuring major structure and water damage
to our homes.
Thank you for your time.
Michaeal and Sandra Montoya
10800 E. 126th Brighton, CO 80601
e-mail: msmontoya a)geoglepc.com
PeoplePC Online
A better way to Internet
http://www.peol2lepc.com
