Clods were broke <br />up prior to grinding and sieving of samples. Large coarse <br />fragments were removed. Sample material was sieved. <br />Remaining rock coarse fragments left on the 10 mesh (2 mm) <br />sieved were removed. Remaining soil clods left on the 10 <br />mesh screen were ground until the sample just passed the <br />screen.
