MANAGEMENT <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), enclosed is an application for a minor <br />revision to add a new culvert located immediately to the east of pond B. The new <br />culvert C-B28 is shown on amended map 21-1. The new pipe located under the lower <br />gob pile was also added to the map. <br />Two culvert summary sheets (page EXH-8-31) are provided. The one that has MR-102 <br />located in the bottom left corner should be inserted into the permit application package. <br />The one that has TR-049 located in the bottom left corner should be placed into your <br />TR-049 file that is pending approval. <br />Amended Map 21-1 and page EXH-8-31 are enclosed. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
