Pickford: <br />"thank you for your correspondence dated March 24, 2009 (rcceivcd by our office on March 27, 2009) <br />concerning the project listed above. <br />A search of the Colorado Cultural Resource Inventory indicated that scvcral cultural resources <br />inventories have taken place within the proposed permit area. One site has been recorded within the <br />proposed permit area, bur it was determined to be officially ineligible for the National Register of <br />Historic Places (NRHP) in 1999. Our files contain incomplete information for this area, as most of <br />Colon, do has not yet been inventoried for cuitund resources. As a result, there is the possibility that as <br />yet unidentified cultural resources c:cist within the proposed permit area. <br />Should human remains be discovered during r-dninK activiries, the requirements under State law CRS <br />34-80 part 13 apply and must be followed. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to corru-rncnr.
