Therefore, pursuant to Rule 1.7.4(2), <br />the public comment period for the application appears to have closed on May 11, 2009. During <br />the public comment period the Division received the following comments and objections to the <br />application: <br />Southern Ute Indian Tribe, Mr. Matthew J.
