application for a Limited Impact (I 12d) Designated Mining Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Reclamation
Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known as the Last Chance
Mine, and is located at or near Section 12, Township 46N, Range 17N, NM Prune Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is Sept 15, 2009 and the proposed date of completion is December 21, 2028. The
proposed future use of the land is Rangeland. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, [phone],
or at the Montrose County Clerk Annex Office; 300 Main Street, Nucla, Colorado 81424, or the above-named applicant.
Comments must be in. writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety by 4:00 p.m. on
May 13, 2009 (Final Date for Comments). -
